DTF Printing for Custom Apparel

DTF (direct-to-film) printing puts your logo or full-color design on t-shirts, long sleeves, hoodies, sweatshirts and tanks. There is no minimum order, and wholesale pricing starts at 15 pieces.

How DTF printing works

Your design is printed onto a film and then heat-pressed onto the garment. The method reproduces full-color artwork and fine detail, and it works for a single shirt as well as a full run.

  2. We recommend products and the decoration method that fits your goal and budget.
  3. For quoted projects you review a mockup and a quote, and approve both before production starts.
  4. We make your order, then ship it anywhere in the United States or hold it for local pickup.

Is there a minimum order?

No. You can order a single piece. Wholesale pricing starts at 15 pieces.

How long does an order take?

Samples are ready in 3-5 business days. Bulk orders take about 2-3 weeks, depending on the order size and our production schedule. Shipping time comes on top of this, so tell us your deadline when you ask for a quote.

Where on the garment can you print?

On our shirts the print locations are front center, left chest and back center.

Can you print a full-color logo?

Yes. DTF printing reproduces full-color artwork and fine detail.

Can I see my logo on the product before you make it?

Yes, for quoted projects. Send your logo or artwork with your request, and you review a mockup and a quote and approve both before production starts.

Do you ship, and can I pick up my order?

We ship anywhere in the United States. Local pickup in Mount Prospect, Illinois, is available by appointment.
